Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable.

Late Arrivals: If you are more than 20 minutes late to your session, we reserve the right to cancel, charge an additional fee, or reduce your shoot time.

RAW Files: We do not release unedited (RAW) images.

Satisfaction Policy: Refunds are not available for dissatisfaction with final edits. However, we are happy to offer re-editing or a re-shoot to ensure you love your images.

Turnaround Time: Final galleries are delivered within 2–2.5 weeks.
